"Either write something worth reading or do something worth writing about." – Benjamin Franklin

My earliest memory of books? Daddy reading Little Golden Books to me during toilet training (it worked because it kept me sitting still). By the time he got the result he wanted (his little girl out of diapers), I was learning the words for myself, and I got addicted to books.

School brought phonetics and spelling bees followed by honors English, journalism, oratory, debate and theater.

I made choices for years that pulled me away from creative writing, although much of my working life revolved around proofreading, editing and research.  Speaking extemporaneously still comes naturally thanks to many years of retail and public sector work.

Now it is time to move forward with my skills and freelance them for the benefit of non-profits and small businesses that don't have the time or staff to write copy or participate in social media. I look forward to helping you market your cause or business.

I've been writing since at least junior high school, and making presentations for almost as long. Now it is time to move forward with my skills and freelance them for the benefit of non-profits and small businesses that don't have the time or staff to write copy or participate in social media. I look forward to helping you market your cause or business.
